Refund policy

Should you find your purchase not to your satisfaction, you have a 10-day window from the date of receipt to return the items for a full refund. Please ensure that all items are in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, complete with original packaging. Please note, international return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Also note that all hats and socks are final sale.

If you would like to return an item, please complete the return form.

Upon approval of your request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the return process. Please be aware that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away for any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent. Contact us immediately to address and rectify any problems.

Refunds:
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
